We proudly serve communities across 8 counties in Texas (Austin, Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio metro areas) and Georgia (Metro Atlanta). We're actively expanding and welcome inquiries from other markets.

We typically onboard new communities within 7-14 days of signing. This includes a site visit, route planning, communication materials, and team assignment. For larger communities, we may need additional time to ensure proper staffing and training.

Residents place their trash in Porter-provided containers outside their door by a designated time (typically 8 PM). Our uniformed porters collect from each doorstep 5 nights a week (Sunday-Thursday) and transport it to the community's waste collection area.

Our service includes nightly doorstep collection, quarterly bin cleaning, overflow monitoring, pet waste station service (where applicable), recycling programs, real-time reporting, and a dedicated account manager for your property.

Missed collections are rare due to our backup systems and accountability protocols. In the unlikely event of a miss, we notify your team immediately and arrange for same-day or next-morning collection. Our leadership is always accessible to address any service concerns.

Our comprehensive service includes deodorizing, sanitizing, high-pressure washing, EPA-approved disinfectant treatment, pest deterrent spray, and exterior wipe-down. We leave bins clean, presentable, and odor-free.

We offer monthly bin sanitization services scheduled around your community's trash collection days. Service is performed the same day as or the day after regular trash pickup for maximum effectiveness.

We serve HOA communities, build-to-rent (BTR) neighborhoods, and single-family rental communities. If your community has individual trash bins that need regular sanitization, we can help.

We provide a detailed holiday schedule at the start of each year. For most holidays, service continues as normal. During severe weather events, we prioritize safety but work to minimize disruption. You'll receive advance notice of any schedule adjustments.
