1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Porter Valet Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our valet trash collection, bin sanitization services, website, and resident portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Porter Valet Services provides:

  • Valet Trash Collection: Doorstep waste and recycling pickup from residential communities
  • Bin Sanitization: Professional cleaning and deodorizing of waste bins
  • Commercial Services: Waste management solutions for apartment communities and property managers
  • Resident Portal: Online access to service history, rewards program, and account management

3. Service Requirements

Resident Responsibilities

  • Place trash bags outside your door by the designated pickup time (typically 8:00 PM)
  • Ensure bags are securely tied and do not exceed 30 pounds
  • Do not place prohibited items (hazardous materials, electronics, furniture) in valet bags
  • Keep bins accessible on scheduled sanitization days

Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted in valet trash collection: hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, batteries, electronics, medical waste, furniture, appliances, construction debris, and any items that may pose a safety risk to our service staff.

4. Account Registration

To access our resident portal, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Rewards Program

Our rewards program allows residents to earn points for eligible activities. By participating, you agree to:

  • Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred
  • Points expire 12 months after the last account activity
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time
  • Abuse of the referral system may result in account suspension
  • Rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equal value

6. Payment Terms

Services are typically billed to property management companies. For direct-billed residents, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts that are more than 60 days past due. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. Service schedules may be adjusted due to holidays, weather conditions, or operational requirements. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Porter Valet Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Porter Valet Services, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our materials, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Porter Valet Services and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email to registered users. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
